By downloading, installing or using eevas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

eevas is a personal finance app that stores your data on your device first. The app is provided "as is" and is free for its core features.

3. Your account and data

You can use eevas without an account. If you sign in to sync, you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and should back it up regularly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use eevas for any unlawful purpose, and not to damage, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app and related systems.

5. AI features

Receipt scanning uses an AI service to read image contents. Results may not be perfectly accurate — please review before saving. eevas is not responsible for decisions based on AI results.

6. Not financial advice

eevas is a tracking and logging tool. All information in the app (including gold prices and aggregated figures) is for reference only and is not investment or financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Some third-party services (sync, gold price, AI) may be interrupted beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eevas is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including data loss. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with its update date.
